1. Handle all odd technical cases across the dealership branches.2. Perform (On Job Training) for new technologies, new diagnostic steps, repeat failures, …etc.3. Establish new quality control checks to ensure quality work is achieved through field visits.4. Identify and address the training and development needs to the after sales manager to ensure technical capability and high level of skills are achieved.5. Locate and publish the new service bulletin technical news and recalls to the service staff insuring the full understanding and the capability to be implemented in the workshop floor.6. Provide the latest products of special tools and importing the diagnostic tools from the international market.7. Communicate with head office (FCA Group ) through DTEC. reports or for any technical related issues.8. Perform action plan for the next year and follow its implementation.9. Distribute technical/quality information coming from mother company to dealership workshop engineers, parts,and warranty.
