*Develop new designs for Air- conditioning equipment with innovative and advanced vision. Create layouts and detailed manufacturing drawings of new product by (Autodesk inventor (I lOGIC) or Solid work) with consideration of part strength, manufacturing requirements, operation & cost. Responsible for all drawing and BOM for all standard units. Updated all catalog and making the technical data for all units in our standard products. Working in selection program and simulation program for coil design, compressor & fan select. Making details file (selection data, drawings, tests, technical data) for all standard products. Team leader for testing lap Analyze data, test results. Manage to reduce manufacturing cost of the units from the existing by implementing cost control measures. Coordinate with technical office , factory , purchasing and after sells departments about any change in the ours standard product .

Participation in design different air conditioner products such as (fan coil – packaged unit – DX unit – chiller) in team work. Participate in the development air conditioner products (fan coil – packaged unit – DX unit – chiller). Implementation of instructions issued by the research and development department director to amend and develop the product and the follow-up to the issuance of designs. Supervision the product quality and receiving the component of air conditioning (chiller – AHU – FC – Split Unit – Packaged Unit) UNDER ISO 9001:2000 STANDARDS.
