Chasing outstanding purchase orders for on-time delivery and updating the details regularly to avoid generating AOG orders.• Acting as an interface between Stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure all the technical procurement requirements are been purchased and delivered timely and cost-effectively as per company’s defined measures and approved specifications.• coordinating with finance department to resolve pricing and payment issues.• Handling AOG desk and coordinating with logistics team for all requirements whenever it is necessary.• Provides general administrative and support services on the daily activities within the department including telephone calls, e-mails, customers inquiries, inventory, storage, distribution and dispatch of goods.
