• Managing the technical procurement for the engineering and maintenance activities of the fleet and 3rd Party aircraft. • Prepare and release purchase orders paying attention to details and accuracy of quantity, rate, payment and delivery terms and conditions.• Ensuring minimum stock level of parts is maintained; raises orders for replenishments and replacements against scraped items.• Develops and maintains effective working relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and best service delivery.• Represents the department in coordinating and managing the implementation of Procurement plans, stakeholder's requirements, system improvements...etc.• Implementing, and monitoring policies, procedures and operating manuals as per business needs and in line with adopted regulations and approved quality standards.

• Investigate the market to identify potential acquisitions and perform researchto determine how appealing each opportunity is.• Oversee all inventory and equipment purchases, identifying areas of potentialsavings.• Relay information to inventory and employee management team, taking theirreports into consideration at all times.• Create forecast of demand to be prepared for upcoming requirements.• Review delivery orders to ensure supply is met, taking availability, cost,manufacturing process, and lead times into consideration.

• Raising and following up on the quotation requests and purchase orders using the inventory control system. Chasing outstanding purchase orders for on-time delivery and updating the details regularly to avoid generating AOG orders.• Acting as an interface between Stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure all the technical procurement requirements are been purchased and delivered timely and cost-effectively as per company’s defined measures and approved specifications.• coordinating with finance department to resolve pricing and payment issues.• Handling AOG desk and coordinating with logistics team for all requirements whenever it is necessary.• Provides general administrative and support services on the daily activities within the department including telephone calls, e-mails, customers inquiries, inventory, storage, distribution and dispatch of goods.
