• Focal point for the client with all the concerned teams in Medical dep. and with the TPA by collaborating with internal Operation team, TPA, Clients, Brokers, Company branches and Sales Team.• All tasks related to after sales customer relation as well as presenting the company's communication channels and clarifications on services.• Serving VIP clients and brokers in Egypt and Multinational brokers for all their requests. • Maintaining client satisfaction by following up on regular basis and ensure a smooth and problem free medical experience by taking necessary.• Ensure renewal and sustainability of all medical company portfolio with daily following up with brokers and clients.• Preparing monthly reports to Management and Reinsurance Company clarifying the status of renewal with its reasons.• Collaborating with underwriters to amend policies in order to meet client demand in renewals decisions. • Collaborating with claims team to get approvals for medically exceptions. • Collaborating with issuance team to facilitate renewal process and Addition, Deletions requests and its Endorsements. • Compile consumption reports into a utilization analysis to determine client behavior and consumption habit, which provides a strong base for negotiations and counseling during future renewals.• Own the relationship between the client and the company by providing quality of service. Setup meetings for new business, renewals, orientation sessions, regular meetings with client.• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and satisfaction.• Fill the meeting re-cape form covering the minutes of the meeting with the clients to send it by email.• Preparing monthly reports currently effective member, members' detailed utilization &statement of account.• Ensure the SLA with TPAs, Brokers and Clients.• Data analysis, Health & WellbeingProjects.

• Managing & training team members to do their responsibilities.• Replying to the client's addition requests, which are very often.• Clarifying the uncovered procedures for the clients that the providers refused to deliver.• Clarifying & solving the debit notes dilemma to the clients& so often considering it as rejections to Providers.• Clarifying any misunderstanding between the insured members& the providers.• Solving the frequent problems that arise between the call center members& the providers& the client.

• Seeking data from many sources (including suggestions sent from the clients) about the available Providers at any uncovered areas to create a medical network.• Visiting the prospect to evaluate the provider (quality & convenience) & the feasibility of adding it or not to our network& the expected value that will be add to our network by adding this provider.• Seeking feedback about this prospect from other providers or any other source to act accordingly.• Negotiating& discussing the suggested & required price list & contract terms & conditions to sign the new contract. • Signing the new contract & making detailed orientation sessions to the different departments of the Hospital or any other department about the operating system, rules & conditions of Prime & exceptions & the proper way to submit claims.• Following up the provider & testing service activation& testing its quality & ease.• Entering the data of the new contract on the system accurately (tax type, date, beneficiary name address, tel. contact person).• Entering the price list on the system with the contract discounts (hospitals, Lab, scans...) • Solving the frequent conflicts between the providers& the call center & issuing all the In-patient& Outpatient accurately to ease service delivery to clients & to avoid problems during medical, financial Auditing& to ease data entry.• Seeking clarification for any complaints against the hospital from the client’s side or from the hospital against any insured member.• Solving any misunderstanding for any patient at any provider & clarifying this to the provider by phone or by meetings to ease the service delivery.• Sending all the new rules or any other updates in the operating system to the providers officially through Sending E-Mails, faxes & meetings at the provider's locations.• Discussing the renewal conditions& price lists.• Continuous updating of the medical network. • Contracting with insurance and petroleum companies to provide laboratory services to Employees, agreeing on contract prices and payment methods, booking appointments, sending results, following up on deductions, explaining companies' instructions to reception staff, preparing weekly Reports and opening new contractual areas.

• Marketing personal loans and credit cards and making new relationships.

• Preparing daily reports on the branch accounts, receiving cash from the cashier making a deposit in the company’s account at the bank, and delivering members bonuses.
