- Implementing, configuring and managing production servers on both on premises and cloud.- Administering databases servers- Plans, organizes, controls and evaluates ICT related devices.- Managing IT dep. Team, and planning department objectives, KPI’s, reporting, and tasks.- Coordinate regular meetings with Systems vendors to track issues and ensure systems stability.- Provide consultancy services related to managed Systems to other lines of IT support and in cross teams initiatives.- Designs, develops, implements and coordinates systems, policies and procedures.- Ensures security of data, network access and backup systems.- Responsible of Network / Hardware / etc.

- Design, Implement and configure production servers’ environment and optimizing workload- Managing and configuring web servers (Linux & Windows) health, performance and clustering - Implementing, configuring and managing production servers on both on premises and cloud- Maintaining Web Applications and Databases servers (MySQL/MS SQL)- Responsible of Network / Hardware / etc.

- Gathering clients’ requirements, and design hardware footprint for projects delivery.- Managing support team schdules, tasks and acting as third level support- Configuring servers and maintaining their issues.- Managing and optimizing PACS and RIS servers’ health and performance

- Interact with clients to resolve their servers and network problems- Responsible for hardware and software maintenance- On premises servers’ configuration and setup

- Managing SQL Server databases clustering and performance- Responsible for maintaining client web servers.- Maintaining cloud server (15+ virtual servers).
