Through my Journey of 5 years in customer support I realized that I have a passion for listening to others carefully and I got happy when I was able to solve a client's complaint. And, most importantly I figured out the key of getting the client happy or at least satisfied when he feels that I’m doing my best to solve what he suffers from even though he and I are assured there is no way to solve it.
