• Responsible for developing the Central Business Intelligence Portal to automate and provide data to all members of the company. The portal handles data from different sources and Jumia ventures and is able to distinguish each venture data and process the reports accordingly (Egypt, Nigeria, Morocco, Kenya, Côte d’Ivoire, Uganda, Ghana, Angola, Tanzania, Iran, Pakistan, Cameroon & Bangladesh).• Determine the best course of action to help the decision making process, for different departments across all the ventures of the company in North Africa & France by analyzing the data and monitoring the business progress.• Design business models to track sales and commercial performance and prepare daily reports to buyers to help improve their KPIs.• Prepare various ad-hoc analysis based on company needs.• Automate processes and standardize reports. • Senior Member of the Central BI (Business Intelligence) Team for Jumia Africa.
