• Create authorization for expenditure for incomplete projects & wells in collaboration with project division to classify the total number in the budget. • Identifying the tangible & intangible assets in AFE to analyze the variance between the authorization budget and the actual amount for the quarter.• Create the quarter and annual report for the variance between the actual and the budget for EGPC and add comments for the variance reasons.• Capitalization the project under complete when the project division reports the project complete.• In charge of Preparing the cost reports to identify the direct cost & industry cost and the cost of the barrel to send the EGPC.• Preparing the cost recovery statement every quarter and re-allocation the indirect cost from HQ to three activities• Presentation of the budget and annual report in front of EGPC & GANOP and Magawish Executive members. • Preparing accrual entry revised and in the year ended.- Maintaining personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.- Prepare eligible payments for Labor & Social Insurance Offices.- Preparing the required documents for the loan and getting the employee’s signature on them.- recording and analyzing and reporting to E.G.P.C asset and inventory stock levels and incoming and outgoing assets and inventory so that sufficient stock is on hand to carry out normal operations. Monitor and report on asset and inventory levels within the district. Conduct monthly reviews of the local inventory, report concerns and anomalies to management and follow up as necessary.Ensure monthly cycle counting as per “Inventory Policy”, with ABC classification.* Calculating (Basic salary, overtime, non-add special increase, other allowances) and deductions per month for employees and other bonuses and issue EGP checks. •Prepares payslip report for Field & Cairo employees for different departments and sends it through outlook program to each employee email.
