Staffing / Manpower / Headcount Forecasts the hiring needs for the different departments periodically (Quarterly / annually). Implements the manpower planning processes and procedures. Receives hiring requisitions (different employment levels) from heads of departments.Sourcing and Screening: Sources potential candidates for the vacant positions using different channels (LinkedIn, Social platforms). Conducts initial screening process. Coordinates different kinds of assessments (HR and technical assessments).Interviewing: Conducts HR interviews using CBI methodology. Designs interview questions / Checklists that reflect each position’s requirements.Schedules technical interviews for the accepted candidates with the Line managers (Hiring Managers)Onboarding: Sends job offers to the accepted candidates and elaborate the required hiring credentials. Receives new hires’ hiring documents and deliver it to the ER section on time. Provides the IT department with required data to proceed in creating new hires’ users andprepare any needed devices ( Laptops, IP Phone, etc.)Sends new hires’ announcement mails adhering to company policy and procedures.Off boarding: Conducts exit interviews & analyzes the output data and report its results regularly.Reports:Analyze all HR Data Responsible for all HR Dashboards

-Lead the hiring strategy to ensure our teams.-Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy.-Create & implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.-Coordinate with Retail & Services Leaders to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.-Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members.-Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.-Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments & in-person interviews.-organize, and attend job fairs & recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
