Main Duties & Responsibilities: (Including but not limited)•Prepare purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services and purchase the highest quality merchandise at the lowest possible price and in correct amounts.•Search, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives based on applicable laws and regulations.•Analyze price proposals, maintain, and review computerized or manual records of purchased items, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.•Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and resolve problems related to undelivered goods.•Monitor changes affecting supply and demand, tracking market conditions, price trends, or futures markets and Study sales records and inventory levels of current stock to develop strategic purchasing programs that facilitate employee access to supplies.•Make an Interview with vendors and visit suppliers' plants and distribution centers to examine and learn about products, services, and prices.Key Achievements:•Leveraging More Technology to Reduce Costs and Waste through automation process used in decreasing depreciation for tires & oil in our fleet by 30 %•Managing to collect the right insights regarding Monitor markets and trends.
