"Daramad" is an Iranian Cloud Point-of-Sale software, similar to Toast, Square POS, and Shopify POS, that allows businesses to sell in-person as well as manage online orders and track their courier deliveries all in one place.What i did: • Gathered and analyzed customer feedback to identify problems and barriers to software adoption• Created and implemented new strategies to increase active users and improve satisfaction• Managed the software development team to improve quality and efficiency• Established and developed partnerships with other companies to increase market shareAccomplishments:• Grew active merchants from 47 to 97 in 4 months• Grew gross margin from -189% to -61% in 4 months• Establishing Market Positioning by Connecting our POS Software to TOP card readers.(the Third Largest PSP in Iran) as our Second Business Partnership (after Saman Kish)

What I did:• Built a custom WiFi Caller-ID for POS to maintain cross-platform product• Ensured the accurate implementation of the product based on business requirements.• Built a custom CI/CD system for the deployment of software on different platforms (Android/Windows).• Creating a realtime service based on gRPC to solve the problem of Flutter Desktop not supporting Firebase Notification• Built a Windows installer for Flutter POS app that is inspired by the Google Chrome installer.Accomplishments:• Building a WiFi-based caller ID device helped to keep the project cross-platform. This is because existing caller IDs on the market are USB-based, and we didn't want to lose our Android restaurant customers. In addition, building this device created a new revenue line for us from the sale of this hardware.• Developing a custom CI/CD pipeline allowed us to easily deliver updates to our POS app to all Windows versions, including Windows 7. Users can now always have the latest update with just one click. We also created the same process for Android, so we are not dependent on any app store and can release new versions quickly.• Integrating gRPC into our real-time service helped us to resolve the issues we were having with Firebase's Windows service in Flutter. This gRPC service is used to receive inventory changes from the SaaS dashboard and orders that are placed through the website to the POS.• Developing an installer for the Windows version of POS with Flutter saved us from ino script installers and there is no need to click useless nexts anymore. In addition, every time after giving a new release, we needed to write a new installer for that version, while with this installer, the latest version of the POS application is automatically downloaded and installed, and if there is a problem, it will notify us immediately through Sentry.

Alpha Smart Home operates in the field of equipping commercial and residential areas with IOT devices. As I joined the company my main duty was to further develop the app which was written in swift. • Rewriting applications with Flutter.• Creating a CI/CD system for embedded systems to receive the latest software updates.• Connecting Amazon's voice assistant (Alexa) to the equipment for smart home management.

This was my startup. My idea was to introduce customers to Anzali free zone local businesses which can serve their needs. I registered my company in the science and technology park in Anzali town. During the 3 years period we were able to give service to over 350 businesses.
