Product Manager
Current• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.• Identify and address impediments or obstacles that hinder the team's progress.• Coach the team on Agile principles and help them adopt a mindset of continuous improvement.• Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions.• Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized product backlog.• Creating user stories and ensuring they meet the Definition of Ready.• Track and report key Agile metrics to stakeholders.• Assist in developing and refining product ideas based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, and marketing, to define product requirements and create a product roadmap.• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis. Gather and analyze data to make informed decisions about product features, pricing, and positioning.• Collaborate with various teams, such as developers and designers to ensure timely and successful product releases. Coordinate tasks, set priorities, and track project progress to meet deadlines.• Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather and document product requirements. Translate customer needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.• Monitor key product metrics and analyze data to gain insights into product performance and user behavior. Use analytics tools to measure product changes' impact and identify optimization opportunities.• Act as a bridge between customers and the development team, gathering customer feedback, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. Continuously gather customer insights to inform product improvements and prioritize feature enhancements.
