Upgrade wastewater infrastructure for Perth’s northern suburbs through the Ellenbrook Main Pump Station project for Water Corporation. It includes the installation of 5 km of DN900 and 9 km of dual DN630 PE pressure mains, utilising open trench excavation and micro-tunnelling techniques.Key Responsibilities:• Manage the day-to-day technical and commercial aspects of the project delivery per the contract requirements.• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones while coordinating resources.• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and guide project teams, overseeing safety measures, quality of work, and execution standards to meet project milestones and objectives.• Implement Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards across all project activities.• Collaborate with stakeholders and communities to address concerns, ensuring minimal disruption and fostering positive relations throughout the project.• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes, ensuring all construction work complies with design specifications and Water Corporation standards.• Manage project documentation and data management systems to ensure all project information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure performance meets contractual obligations.

The project involves constructing an 11 km road valued at $57 mil. It includes a 60 m wide dual carriageway, street lighting, culverts, and relocation of large-scale utilities. The client was the Ministry of Transport.Key Responsibilities:• Led and directed project team/s to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of project milestones and objectives, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer satisfaction.• Reviewed, coordinated and verified all shop and construction drawings of road plans and profiles, bridge structural works, culverts and all civil works for electric works to ensure compliance with design drawings.• Conducted QA/QC process for pavement construction through observation, material sampling and testing. • Managed all bored pile tests, including concrete integrity, axial capacity, and lateral capacity tests, to ensure compliance with project specifications.• Coordinated temporary works design between designers and the project engineering team, ensuring timely delivery of workshop drawings.• Analysed geotechnical reports and pile foundation design and conducted the optimal construction strategy.• Reviewed and approved Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and ensured that all team members and subcontractors complied with the safety procedures and the project specifications.• Ensured subcontractor's progress claims complied with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and contract terms and facilitated effective budget management and cost control.• Monitored project progress for compliance with Health and Safety Environment (HSE) standards, quality control, productivity, budget, and contractual obligations, including overseeing project administration.• Determined appropriate construction methods and provided technical guidance to team members and subcontractors.• Managed variations orders and ensured proper documentation of any changes to the original contract.
