Suggest mitigation measures/corrective actions.Prepare regular progress reports and monthly reports with program analysis and recommendations to address program issues and ensure timely project completion.Coordinate with the contractor and employer to resolve planning and scheduling problems.Attend various meetings and prepare concise and precise meeting minutes.Prepare trackers/logs to monitor critical issues during the Design and Construction stages of the Project.Provide reasoned and analytic responses to contractor notices and maintain proper record keeping of project contemporary records.Issue delay notices for the contractor's culpable delay and slow performance letters, recording areas where the contractor's performance is behind schedule.Effective communication, the ability to conduct presentations, and interface effectively with a diverse group of professionals are essential skills for this role.
