• Responsible overall for Environmental & Social Risk Management aspects in our Bank• Partially responsible for ESG KPIs set on our bank by Intesa Sanpaolo• Coordinating internationally with our Parent Bank Intesa Sanpaolo on sustainable development matters including Equator Principles cases, and their consolidated non-financial statement• One of the founders of the Principles for Responsible Banking while working for the previous employer. And currently responsible for it at ALEXBANK.• Acting as a liaison between ALEXBANK and UNEP FI regarding potential collaborations• Preparing portfolio Impact Analysis by coordinating with all bank functions to get data needed for its completion and potentially set targets to reduce our indirect emissions• Responsible for the supranational entities including IFC, GGF, EBRD & SANAD by preparing the reports needed• Working on internal sustainable operations by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to achieve needed goals and reduce the Bank’s emissions• Responsible for budgeting and financial forecasting for all three units falling under CSR & Sustainable Development office.• Provide financial performance reports to Intesa Sanpaolo on yearly basis• Ensuring implementation of SDGs and other national agendas in different banking related projects• Representing the CSR & Sustainable Development Office in tender committees as speaker and act as a liaison between the office and the procurement department regarding green procurement, as well as formulating opinion of the office on procurement matters.
