I was responsible for managing all the engineering activities in Mobil Retail service stations in Alexandria focus area market. I have continuously focused on serving business growth and development, developing initiatives to drive cost efficiency & process optimisation and ensuring safety of all personnel. I have succeeded to improve the service levels by 10% that ensured smooth sales operations of all retail sites.I was directly supervising 4 contractor companies and indirectly looking over more than 30 contractors workers. I have continuously strived to develop all workers and supervisors on the personal and technical levels through conducting regular classroom and on-site trainings as I believe this a crucial part of the success story of any leader.On top of that, I had daily interaction with Sales managers and Retailers that helped me acquire considerable understanding of “Retail” business and Sales techniques.

I was supporting Engineering teams across the MENA region in providing, planning and administrating all procurement and project management activities and services. I have continuously worked on developing tools that improve team’s KPIs and introducing initiatives for cost reductions.In this role, I had direct contact with global and local suppliers and got acquainted with the whole procurement and importation processes. Also, I have been directly involved in tenders preparation for several services and goods. Moreover, I have acquired sufficient SAP knowledge and skills and I can now say that I am a SAP proficient user and people still get back to me with SAP related questions.
