• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site through the daily regular site inspections Coordinating always with service providers, suppliers & meeting residents.• Organize with facility management and security teams in assigning tasks, assume escalations and establish policy and rules.supervises executive activities to ensure required/expected standards and deadlines are met.Coordinating with the maintenance team checking all the work done before and after and ensuring the quality of all the work done. (All documented in a report presented direct to the managing director)• Manage tenant shops at W mall operational compliance (appearance, merchandise, trading hours and waste removal) and coordinating all contractors works to oversee daily operations including maintenance, security, cleaning, and pest control.• Handling with the team the community mail box and all the residents requests/complaigns and follow up to ensure all the customer cases are completed on time in the line with departments SLAs, KPIs and priorities.• Ensures the common areas are maintained and cleaned as per agreed standards.• Manages relational areas and equipment (swimming pools, gym, kids' area)
