• Organize with facility management and security teams in assigning tasks, assume escalations and establish policy and rules.supervises executive activities to ensure required/expected standards and deadlines are.
• Daily site inspections supervising on housekeeping & security teams and report to their managers if there are any cases to be done urgently. (All documented in a report presented direct to the managing director)
• Manage tenant shops at W mall operational compliance (appearance, merchandise, trading hours and waste removal) and coordinating all contractors works to oversee daily operations including maintenance, security.
• Handling with the team the community mail box and all the residents requests/complaigns and follow up to ensure all the customer cases are completed on time in the line with departments SLAs, KPIs and priorities.
• Ensures the common areas are maintained and cleaned as per agreed standards.
