As the BIM-Design Manager at Diamond Developers, I am responsible for setting and implementing an effective Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy for the company. I oversee and control the design output, ensuring its alignment with our objectives and maintaining the highest quality standards. Through leveraging BIM technology, I enhance collaboration, coordination, and innovation within the design department, while also serving as a bridge between different teams and stakeholders. By optimizing workflows, facilitating communication, and staying ahead of industry advancements, I contribute to the company's success by delivering sustainable and innovative design solutions. Managing the company CDE and strategic digital transformation across the holding company level.

Managing a number of key projects for EMAAR, Al Futaim Real Estate, and Aldar as a Lead Architect and Design Manager. Beside my role in Design Leadership, I've also been responsible for transforming the office's production workflow to BIM. Using the latest technology for collaboration through CDE (BIM 360) and Autodesk Revit, I've managed to implement effective workflows in less than two years.

Managing the construction of 2945 townhouses, monitoring and controlling project activities reporting directly to the project developer CEO, and coordinating project parties' efforts to achieve the project goals. I'm reviewing project reports and progress on a weekly basis through available channels of communications, working as the chain link between the developer (Dahab), the owner (Ministry of Housing) and site team (Project supervision consultant and contractors). As the project manager, I'm also responsible for reviewing financial reports, and approving payments as per progress. I'm also defining project construction priorities in cooperation with the developer's management and sales team.

Providing Project Management Training for the municipality staff. Following Mashroat Standards (The national program for project management in Saudi Arabia) Creating a strategic plan for projects in Northern Borders Province as part of Naga's (PMO) in Saudi Arabia. Assisting in decision making, managing, monitoring and controlling province-wide projects.

Leading Naga's supervision team and assisting the project manager for construction activities at 12+ different sites. Manage design modification and obtain clients/ authorities approvals. Liaise with Naga clients during tendering & construction phases. Chair progress meetings with client, contractors and Naga team.

Leading Naga luxury villas design and construction of unique designs at Dubai Hills , ensuring proper implementation of our fine designed buildings by reviewing shop drawings and approving material selection. Manage design modification and obtain authorities approvals.

Organize technical packages for construction while evaluating Revit project models. Train KSA staff on using BIM 360 for clash detection and on-site coordination. Follow up construction works with supervision teams in Riyadh & Dammam.Key Achievements:  Designed several low/mid-rise residential projects and master planning for large area projects in KSA while following international and local design codes. Acted as technical officer and BIM Coordinator for the Crystal Plaza hotel, office and residential buildings construction for the Park Inn Hotel, a 4-Star, 200-room hotel.  Assisted architects, engineers and inspectors with the use of BIM tools to ensure efficiency within the company and to surpass deadlines and cost control goals.

Providing quality training to engineers, architects & architecture students. I continue to teach my students best practices to use Autodesk Revit, Autodesk 3ds Max & V-Ray to accomplish architectural projects efficiently.

 Collaborated with multi-talented team to design, coordinate, and develop several project concepts while actively working to apply BIM within the company. Effectively trained staff members on using Revit in the context of conceptual design and development and creation of construction documents and schedules. Supervised design tasks through several utilities while tracking man-hours and project budget to ensure profitability.Key Achievements: Served as Senior Architect and Design Manager on King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy project. Oversaw stages to design drawings and create project concepts for hotels, compounds, high-rise buildings, private palaces and other construction projects of varying size and scope to align with client’s needs, budget, and vision. Prepared schematic designs for Saudi Food and Drug Authority buildings.Key Achievements: Held role as the Planning Architect for the King Abdulaziz Hotel complex—results won First Place with a team from King Saud University.  Successfully completed two tower designs to be built at the central spine of Riyadh city. Obtained authorities’ approval required for construction.

Teamed with colleagues to complete projects from concept through all design phases for government assignments; served as architect and interior designer. Implemented conceptual design, performed 3D visualization of projects, and provided interior design portfolio presentations to meet client needs. Key Achievements: Conducted research and held staff meetings in preparing for “The Unified Window Project” in Saudi Arabia. o Generated approved design drawings for three buildings constructed in 32 locations in three months.

Collaborated with engineering firms to create designs for residential projects, including local project for 3D visualization and animation, as well as commercial interior design projects. Developed 3D visualizations for international clients, including those in the USA, England, Italy, Germany, and GCC. Taught 3dsMax and VRay to graduates to build skills in producing 3D models and renderings.
