I work in Hyper System as a Technical Support From (10-2021 to 10-2022)on their applications. It is an accounting program that calculates the value of purchases and sales, enters data for suppliers and customers and calculates the value of inventory , I install the program and solve customer problems with the program by visiting the customer or through anydesk application .I started working as a quality control engineer in the same companyafter (10 - 2022) in the application of the ERB system • Read and understand business documents• Create test cases and bug reports• Very Good knowledge of ISTQB Foundation Level• Generate testing scenarios from the requirements documents• Good knowledge of different Software testing techniques.• Good Knowledge of Agile Software Methodologies• Familiar with using Jira Tool• Familiar of SQL
