Grand Egyptian Museum ProjectEssential duties and responsibilities:- Monitoring and updating projects schedule in coordination with the project manager and related departments.- Tracking and updating materials and technical submittals schedule.- Identifying schedules trends, constraints, solutions and recovery actions to ensure mitigation of constraints and impediments.- Preparing the manpower histograms, cash flows and progress S curves for the major activities.- Preparing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports on progress and KPI’s of the project for submission to the engineer.- Supervising and coordinating the preparation of cost/time impact studies in variations.- Assist the PM & head of planning to prepare the time extension claims.- Produce and upgrade the WBS of time schedules.- Regular visit site with construction team to ensure all factors in schedule are considered.

Scope of work:• Coordinate and control the construction of 2200 m2 of unique retail stores including all finishing and fit out works process with duration 4 month per store• Essential duties and responsibilities : 1- Project preparation phase: - Prepare project budget and get approval from construction manager. - Plan master project CPS. - Prepare integrated works B.O.Q. - Support construction manager in developing design and layout drawings. - Follow up with finance for suppliers L.P.O and Payments to ensure smooth work operations. - Prepare tender documents ensuring meeting audit requirements for compliance. - Assist construction manager with required project details. - Prepare store Plano gram in coordination with management. - Prepare store fixtures B.O.Q. in coordination with management. - Appoint contractors (Construction, furniture and equipment). 2- Project execution phase: - Coordinate and follow up the work on site. - Generate (PTR) Project Tracking Report to control & follow up the deliverable of all related shipments and indoor deliveries during any project life cycle. - monitor and control the project budget to avoid any deviations from the approved budget. - Managing and supervise the fit out work after handover from finishing phase. - Auditing, controlling Contractors invoices and follow up Contractors’ payments with the accounting department. 3- Project Maintenance phase: - Managing the maintenance for all the stores and warehouses. - Assets inventory.
