Overview of myself: - Highest Academic Education in Insurance: M. Sc. (economics & business administration). Major in Insurance Science (only 20 chosen yearly to study) with strong minors in Leadership and Business law- Working Experience from every part of the Insurance Sector in Finland (General-, Life-, Pension- and Social Insurance)- CIO Role in General Insurance (Nordea General Insurance) * after two years also Head of Development * after three years also Head of the whole Project Office- Enterprise Leader (Insurance) on Consulting in Deloitte & Touche + working together with Accenture, PwC and KPMG (when needed)- CEO experience from two start-up's, companies called Innoxation and OneRevolve. Innoxation is an insurance industry consultancy company and OneRevolve is an ICT-company. Also:- CEO experience - Multiple Board Positions- Personal Top-Level Connections on All Continents Especially in the Financial Sector, ICT & Related Industries- Multiple Top-Level Speeches (also many Keynotes) Globally, Especially Regarding the Future Trends and Key-Issues & Innovations, regarding the National and Global Financial Sector - Interested much also on AI, Philosophy, Psychology and Behavioral Sciences.- Some of the things that drive me and spark a fire into my eyes (just some of many): Development Brainstorming Doing things better/faster/more economically/safely/employee friendly and still saving costs Making impossible possible ;) Creating new innovations, products, processes, theories etc... I have also some thought of an international PhD, if i get the "Spark" for that. Most flamed in idea presented to me by the distinguished professor Sheen S. Levine leading research in Uni. Columbia, Uni. Dallas & researching in Uni. Pennsylvania. The point is to create a new way to create winning business strategies based on better utilization of innovations (ie. Corporate Strategy by Agile Innovations). I have also thought of focusing theories into developing the GDP's of a different countries.
