Each part is very important. I like being involved in all stages of the software life-cycle because I enjoy making the product owners satisfied just as much as I enjoy design & architecture for my own personal gratification. I like to stay well organized at work and keep my projects and teams sharp. I'm also passionate about being a servant-leader and making my colleagues and teammates successful by supporting them and giving them the tools and right motivation to help them make the magic happen.
