CHR’s master data includes Customer, Carrier, Insurance, Vendor, Location, Branch, and Employee data. Migrated CHR’s master data from within legacy VB6 application into new .Net MDM module. Elicited requirements from branch network, user groups, IT departments, business leadership, and corporate users, and worked with the MDM Business Group to approve and prioritize all requests. Updated stakeholders, designed screens, and improved business processes.

Designed new Account Management suite of screens to provide better account visibility. Documented and refined basic functionality of all 362 Express screens, and validated functionality with business SME’s.

Lead EDI Translation Software Selection Committee for over 2000 trading partners running 3 million transactions/month in 2007, including EDI, XML, and Flatfiles, inviting 3 vendors to perform an in-house Bake-Off. Created documentation for all vendors including CHR application specs, EDI specs, translation map, flow diagrams, EDI configuration settings, lists of CHR contacts and daily agendas.
