Excellent business intelligence, analytical and technical skills, with focus on minimizing user impact and quick resolution of issues. Working as the IT Director for four large franchises has given me the opportunity to work with some of the best solutions around. I have been able to update our network, secure and add functionality with focus on customer experience and business intelligence along with minimizing downtime and making things easier for our store employees to do day to day tasks.
