Management of a team of Demand, Supply, Production Planning & Purchasing. I am also in charge of the S&OP process and an SAP S4Hana IBP and Demand Planning subject matter expert.

With ground up development of the demand planning function, my role at Fletcher Insulation has taken me from setting up a bespoke S&OP process to various business improvement projects.

At Asahi Premium Beverages, my role focused on facilitating a plans towards an IBP cycle in line with the larger business and setting up the business for SAP S4Hana Adoption.I took the business from a near non-existing forecast, to a SKU by Location Weekly Demand Plan fit for NPD Launches, Production Scheduling and Financial Forecasting.

As a demand planner at Monde Nissin, I looked after the Woolworths, Coles and Food Service Channels, with added responsibilities during our financial budgeting period and S&OP cycle participation.During my tenure at Monde Nissin, I overcame many system challenges resulting from a recent merger, as well as the management of an allocation project when Orange supplies were low.

Being in charge of transforming an industrial commodity trading business into a functional ingredients trading and FMCG business for a valuation goal of $400 Million USD.Often travelling to oversee international manufacturing operations and meet with existing and potential investors, my time was split between Malaysia, Turkey, Dubai and Pakistan.

Build business cases for, and manage new business opportunities. I traded pulses, dairy fats and animal feed internationally for the majority of my time at Engro, and worked on managing an extensive international supply network. Notable trading partners included GrainCorp Australia.

A position resulting at the end of the first Graduate Program at HJL, the role was responsible for supply planning of over a thousand ingredients to HJL's manufacturing operation.
