Effectively coordinate with GOs, NGOs ,civil society and others stake holders;Act as a go-between with other functional divisions within organization;Bridge with inter program BRAC and other NGOs;Coordinate and facilitate major organizational events like conventions, planning workshops etc;Prepare different reports to meet the needs of management and external parties;Work closely with management to design program,decision making, plan activities to be performed by making program guideline, co-ordination with stake holders;Prepare/update organizational strategy to meet management requirement and manage measurement and follow-up as necessary.
