As a Project engineer, I supervised different design & construction projects, ensuring that the project was completed within time and budgetary constraints.

I have worked with companies in Iran remotely for organizational project management (OPM) and PMOs. I have also consulted one company in Iran remotely for tailoring processes to adapt OPA. Additionally, I have consulted different projects during the initiating phase, assisting in business analysis and business case development.

As a Project manager , I managed the RO water purification plant EPC project for Mobin Petrochemical complex in Asalouyeh, Iran. I was responsible for managing the project team from beginning to end, ensuring that the project was completed within time and budgetary constraints. I controlled the time, cost and quality of construction, planned and coordinated all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers and vendors. I scheduled different phases of the project based on established deadlines.

As a Project Manager, I was responsible for managing the Naft Sefid Project which is an EPC project to treat and optimize oil and gas of Nafte Sefid oil wells.

I supervised the Farashband Gas compressor station construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that the project was completed within time and budgetary constraints.

As resident project manager for installation and commissioning of utility and HVAC equipment and instrumentation of Merlin high bay project for Unilever Iran, I organize and manage a well trained and experienced installation group includes engineers, technicians, foremen and skilled workers. As resident project manager for installation and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing part of Tamin Ejtemaei Hospital of Qeshm Island from Dec. 2014 till Nov. 2015

I developed and initiated projects, managed costs, and monitored performance. I headed project teams specializing in design and launch activities. In the Golegohar Iron Ore processing revamping project, the most challenging part was preparation and installation of a mining stacker reclaimer.

In "Nepheline Pilot Plant Project"Carried out day-to-day duties accurately and efficiently specially in commissioning and increase production capacity.Established team priorities, maintained schedules and monitored performance.Iran’s strategic need for aluminum has led to the use of new domestic resources, such as Nepheline Syenite, to produce this metal. Nepheline Syenite is a mineral that can replace alumina, which is scarce in Iran. Iran has been studying and experimenting with this mineral since 1983, with the help of the Russian VAMI Institute. A semi-industrial test unit was built in Azarshahr in 2001 to optimize the alumina production process from Nepheline Syenite. This project faced many challenges in acquiring and transferring technical knowledge from foreign contractors.
