• Lead full-cycle recruiting for all PHMG's operations departments along with all senior positions in the North American market.• Specialize in hiring Account Managers, Client Services professionals, Recruiters, Engineers, Senior Sales Leadership, and all HR positions. • Design and implement recruitment and interview techniques for all departments.• Source and recruit professional candidates using databases, ATS's, LinkedIn, etc. • Conduct interviews acting as either the recruiter or hiring manager and assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. • Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers. • Confer with department managers on regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. • Extend offers of employment, handle negotiations, and the onboarding process.• Develop talent pipelines to accommodate for future recruitment needs.• Document analytical recruitment metrics.• Utilize Greenhouse for Applicant Tracking System needs.
