Being part of a skilled team of professional sales associates; responsible for the selling and leasing of all residential properties at The Pearl Island. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Study property listings and conduct tours of property space with prospective clients as individuals, families or corporation representatives. Accompany clients on viewing and property inspection visits across the islands to view a selection of the houses on sale and on-lease including; mansions, villas, townhouses, apartments and studios; advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting. Handle all after-sales services with VIP clients ; requiring periodic and as required follow ups and developing solutions for tenant problems and issues. Coordinate with Marketing Department to implement Marketing strategies to promote sales and leasing opportunities following agreed upon advertising directives. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between the residential team and the Administration; and representing the Executive Office with all VIP clients concerning residential properties sales or leasing. Represent The Pearl Qatar at local real estate exhibitions: ‘Cityscape Qatar’ Exhibition. *Cityscape Qatar is an event that supports real estate growth by providing a platform that highlights high growth investment opportunities, showcase innovative products and underline sustainable developments. Cityscape Qatar serves as a platform to bring together international, regional and local investors, architects and designers, real estate developers, governmental authorities and senior executives involved in the design and construction of public and private real estate developments from locally and internationally. Provide buyers and sellers with legal and contractual referrals and contacts in addition to rent or lease properties on behalf of clients.

Responsible for the overall performance of the Regional Transportation Department.
