Moter Du is a technology veteran currently operating corporate development towards digital transformation for several companies, including Sim2Travel Inc. a mobile virtual network operator in HK, PrismSCSB a fixed-line telecom operator in Taiwan, and Infotech International Co. Ltd. an over-40-years IT company in Taiwan. Moter has been working in international telecom industries for nearly 20 years. He was the CEO of GreenRoam Limited, a HK-based full MVNO (mobile virtual network operator) of Hutchison 3HK since 2014. As a joint initiator of GreenRoam, he created an innovative business model based online distribution of soft-SIM with trademark registered as “slimduet”, and followed by the development of strategic alliance and partnership with global mobile operators e.g., 3HK, CMHK, CHT, StarHub, M1, AIS, Mobifone, KPN, etc. Before GreenRoam, Moter served in SIM2Travel Inc., a HK-based startup providing one of a kind “1CMN” service (a.k.a. “One Card Multiple Numbers”) which he established close relationship with GSMA members and international roaming partners. Spent his youth career working in the big Germany giant Siemens as R&D engineers, Moter switched to account sales and built up all the commercial know-how regarding telecommunication and mobile industries in later years in Siemens. He was honoured twice “the best employee of Siemens” and appointed as delegate of IETF working group and Taiwan IPv6 forum.Moter Du, a native Taiwanese, has a master degree in computer science from CYCU and certified EMBA program from Taiwan University in 2013.
