Supervise the creation of month-long awareness campaigns and special initiatives through social media platforms.Determine the current trends and best practice tools for social media engagement platforms.Create videos and visual aids for social media posts where applicable.Curate content and produce on-demand videos to increase agency visibility.Supervise agency website updates.

Supervise the collective department working with 9,000-10,500 individuals annually in nearly 500 presentations.Complete monthly, quarterly and annual program evaluations, reports, assessments, and data processing for program enhancement and grant requirements.Identify potential fundraising and sponsorship opportunities through grant writing and community sponsorships. Manage, hire and supervise staff, interns, and volunteers within the department.Guide the development and publishing of the annual Purple Poetry Book of survivor stories, poems, and artwork. Develop and review curricula.

Facilitate and lead training and presentations on sexual violence. Conducting over 200 presentations annually. Conduct 4-8-week groups in high-risk communities addressing healthy relationships and violence prevention.Assist with the development of media advertising such as newsletters, flyers, and social media marketing.Self-Defense Training lead trainer and supervisor of W.A.V.E. (Women Against Violence Everywhere) survivor advocacy group.

Previous courses include Human Inquiry (300 level- the purpose and process of acquiring knowledge), Capstone Course (400 level- cumulative), and supervising 401 Internship. Utilized technology (Blackboard, Tegrity, Youtube, etc.) to enhance the classroom learning environment. Maintained clear and consistent communication with site supervisors to communicate university needs and standards

Assisted with the conference planning and recruitment of volunteers. Developed orientation sessions and trained the volunteers. And Then They Were Queens (2003- 2004)Created a sister support circle for university women, primarily first year students. This program utilizes an open dialogue and psycho-educational model of working through typical problems young women face on a college campus. To date, this program is still being implemented by the subsequent Miss Morgan State University representative.
