Supervise the collective department working with 9,000-10,500 individuals annually in nearly 500 presentations.Complete monthly, quarterly and annual program evaluations, reports, assessments, and data processing for program enhancement and grant requirements.Identify potential fundraising and sponsorship opportunities through grant writing and community sponsorships. Manage, hire and supervise staff, interns, and volunteers within the department.Guide the development and publishing of the annual Purple Poetry Book of survivor stories, poems, and artwork. Develop and review curricula.

Facilitate and lead training and presentations on sexual violence. Conducting over 200 presentations annually. Conduct 4-8-week groups in high-risk communities addressing healthy relationships and violence prevention.Assist with the development of media advertising such as newsletters, flyers, and social media marketing.Self-Defense Training lead trainer and supervisor of W.A.V.E. This program utilizes an open dialogue and psycho-educational model of working through typical problems young women face on a college campus. To date, this program is still being implemented by the subsequent Miss Morgan State University representative.
