About Moti Perez

As cofounder and managing owner of Move 4 Less in Las Vegas, Moti’s passion is to deliver the best moving services in Las Vegas. His varied background has taught him the value of seeking new challenges, working hard, keeping customers happy and focusing on success. Moti graduated from high school in Israel in 1997. Right out of school, he served three years in the Israeli military and attained a diploma in electronics. After his military service, in 2000-2001, Moti went to work for Motorola Israel. But, not wanting to lose time, he also worked nights and weekends managing various bars and restaurants for Harrod’s Hotel Group Israel, and went to school to learn business management.. In 2002, Moti got his first taste of the moving industry, working for Nationwide Moving Corp in the US. For three years he worked in a number of front-line and management positions, learning the ins and outs of the moving business: driver/helper, mover, outside sales rep, dispatch and managing operations and office staff. In 2005, Moti and his long-time friend, Avi Cohen, founded Move 4 Less in Las Vegas. The business is now one of the largest locally owned moving companies in Las Vegas, with a staff of over a hundred employees and a large fleet of trucks that serve Southern Nevada and Southern California. Moti has also found time to open, manage and eventually sell a few restaurants and retail businesses of his own. He continues to invest in real estate and other business opportunities. Moti is active in the local Las Vegas Jewish community.
