• Establishing and leading 15+ engineers in cross-functional teams including Software, Cyber security, Dev-Ops, UX&UI and QA.• Setting up development methodologies and evolving from concept to full scale product.• Initiating an advanced Software & Cyber architecture for Israel MBTs, APCs and IFVs.• Managing joined development teams with Israel's largest defense companies such as Elbit Systems & Rafael.• Integrating between multi-disciplinary systems in the fields of AI & Computer vision, advanced optics sights, Fire control systems (FCS) and Active protection systems. • Leading complex experiments with newly developed systems and technologies under test.
