I have worked in the Intercultural communication support and facilitation of various SMEs, MNCs and NPOs.With 24 years of experience in Resource management and Leadership working in fields as varied as supply-chain networks and administrative management through events and potential management, R&D, T&D, HRM within a multilingual and multicultural environment but to name those within and alongside multinationals and SMEs.alike. My involvement in Services coordination and management within SMEs for over a decade as well as web-based news editing: textual script translation and proof reading have also been my attributes for a twelve-year period.I have been managing and keeping various NPO websites up-to-date over the past five years.I aim to:- acquire an ICSA degree- finish PhD in my field of work.Specialties: Inter and Intra-organisational communication management aimed at improving operational efficiency and efficacy.
