I am also a Mental Health First Aider for my local church.I am a SFEDI accredited business advisor, coach, mentor and trainer, working with new start-ups and more experienced business owners. I offer support and coaching to business owners looking for an unbiased external viewpoint on their business, to help leadership. Development is offered for both B2B and B2C. Previous engagements include work for Enterprise Inc at the University of Leicester. In particular, I advise and assist with with financial planning, monitoring and control, including adopting effective accounting systems and spreadsheet data analysis.An experienced FE/HE lecturer and trainer in business, information and accounting areas, through my own training business and also in colleges. I deliver work and life skills for those seeking work or career change. I deliver accounting training up to AAT Technician/degree level. As Microsoft Office Master Instructor, I deliver regular + tailored training courses/support in Office 2013, 2016 and 365. My training includes Sage accounting software. I am an experienced assessor and internal verifier for AAT Accounting.I have worked in Accountancy, private and public sectors.With over 40 years in training and education, I have a wealth of experience and infinite patience. Using NLP techniques in my training, I enjoy working 1:1 with clients or delivering to groups, from beginners to management level. Making a difference is what I offer, enabling clients to "move forward" with confidence, knowledge and skills.
