I have been trained by Academia Barilla in the proper tasting techniques for their full line of Italian products, including olive oils, balsamic vinegars and compotes. My role requires tracking of store inventory and product ordering, as well as educational demonstrations to the public at in-store locations throughout the Chicagoland area. Demonstration products focus on six olive oils, two balsamic vinegars and the remainder of the full line of Academia Barilla items.
