I'm currently able to teach most of the courses held at the Yaskawa Academy facility in Mississauga. I also conduct on-site practical training such as how to perform Pm's, Maintenance overviews from time to time. Perform full PM’s on site: greasing / sampling, harness changes, vibration testing and completion of reports.• Complete controllers and manipulator restoration consisting of: setting-up and fixing problems before auditing can be completed, auditing with reports, painting, Installation of new parts such as servo on light kits, drives, boards & harnesses.• Completing In house repairs such as ERC,MRC,XRC,NX100,DX100 pendant repairs, testing of boards, wrist rebuilds & Reducing turnaround time on RA’s.• Setting up cell’s for demonstrations.• Helping Engineering with Customer Demo’s.• Grease Analysis

• Serve customers in fast-paced professional manor• Train new employees & update current staff on new procedures, products.• General cleaning and stocking duties• Follow corporate standards and procedures, including health and safety procedures• Run a Charity Vintage Car show, for customers as well as staff members
