Assembled and led the technology team responsible for the design and develop of the Percept appliance. Percept monitors activity within an organization's internet-based servers and provides a real-time snapshot identifying potential risks and threats, whether they're human-based or software-automated. The appliance detects unusual behavior, unauthorized access and password misuse, and analyzes the type, severity, location and user, making it easy for an IT department to prioritize the threats and mitigate them.• Personally designed and developed the software prototype that proved that our novel technological approach was viable.• Raised $4.5M in venture capital.• Delivered the Percept appliance under deadline and under budget.• Awarded patent US 7,373,524• Sold to Radware for $11M

Envisioned and developed a technology called “MobileMediary.” This technology enabled mobile professionals to easily access multiple enterprise Internet applications, content and services simultaneously from a wide range of Internet-capable wireless devices, including phones, PDA's, Palm-based devices, automobiles and other specialty wireless devices. GadgetSpace provided wireless infrastructure and services to enterprises, wireless and telecommunications carriers, system integrators and Application Service Providers.• Personally designed and developed the software prototype that proved that the MobileMediary approach was technically viable.• Raised $5.5 million in venture capital.• Recruited and directed the management team.• Landed fortune 500 companies as customers, including MGM, Celanese AG and eBay.• Awarded PC Magazine’s The Internet Business 100 award.• Sold to InPhonic for $10M one year after funding. InPhonic later became a public company enabling GadgetSpace’s investors to earn a significant return on their investment.

In addition, the framework provided services such as form navigation, security, error handling, and event handling.• Vision JADE CORBA Application Server – Built session management, rule & event tracing, and Enterprise Server Manager extensions.• Vision JADE Enterprise Server Manager (ESM) – Designed and developed JADE’s ESM for administrators to configure, monitor, and tune JADE’s CORBA Application Server.• Vision StoryBoard – Created a 32-bit Visual Basic OCX addin providing real-time bi-directional communication between StoryBoard and Visual Basic. This connection allows StoryBoard to communicate directly with the Visual Basic IDE and command Visual Basic to perform tasks
