I am looking to transition into the cyber security field. My background is primarily customer service focused and I believe the soft skills acquired would greatly assist with communication and resolving difficult situations that may arise. To further enhance my technical skills, I have completed hands-on network and security training and labs and enrolled in boot camps to further my knowledge and skills towards cloud security, security business analyst, and GRC (governance, risk, and compliance).
