About Oliver Mott

My life revolves around software.With more than 10 years working in the industry, it is what I know. I have built up an extensive awareness of what it takes to run a software company and build quality online tools and apps.Starting as a self-taught developer, I've worked and managed development teams, built support desks and processes, run an operations department, set up new offices and hired a team in Sri Lanka, and sat on the board of an award-winning software company.Using my broad experience I am now in a position to provide consultation around all things software.I especially like finding ways to automate how data moves between different apps, freeing up time for a business to focus on more important tasks.Whilst all this takes up the bulk of my time, you'll otherwise find me cooking, walking the dog or on the bike.
