•Overseeing complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.•Identifying specialized & potential candidates through various channels viz., job portals.•Scheduling & conducting HR interviews for all positions.•Negotiating with potential hires, extending offers, facilitating the placements.•Conducting Rewards & Recognition programs.•Performing Reference checks and Employment Checks.•Handling Joining formalities & issuing the Joining kit.•Preparing & issuing all type of letters such as offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter etc.•Issuing ID Cards to new joinee.•Develop & conduct an effective induction program in conjunction with other departments.•Plan employee engagement programs.•Coordinating and handling employee grievances.•Mentoring & counselling employees. •Organizing employee satisfaction survey.•Preparing leave & attendance record for monthly salary disbursement.•Determining training needs of employees by regular interaction with the respective Managers.•Conducting Exit Interview•Completing the exit formality and issuing the Relieving and Experience Letter.
