I am a person who welcomes challenges, and I found an intriguing set of challenges in the field of business. Thus, I made the decision to work towards a degree in Business Management at Cardiff Met.Due to my natural love for designing workflows and systems, I believe that I would excel at building and optimizing business processes. I believe that my ability to listen carefully and critically analyse the situation before making a conclusion allows me to successfully optimise processes, as I am able to identify the weak points in the system. Also, my attention to detail and refusal to cut corners has always benefitted me greatly as it stops me from missing minor details which might go unnoticed by others.I strongly believe in the concept of divide and conquer. Communication often gets lost when it's being transmitted from a single entity to a large number of people. People on the other side lose their motivation, they don't feel special, but as another number in the masses. This is where I believe my purpose is, which is to get rid of that inefficient method and carry out a better design. One where each person feels cared for and each process is well-managed.
