Construction of the new Consulate of the United States of America ($320M Project)* Inspect construction work on site to ensure quality and compliance is achieved:- Pre-pour inspections;- Topographic inspections;- Formwork inspections;- Inspect drawings updates, checking the accuracy compared to the original draw request;* Ensure a high level of performance is maintained, project outcomes are achieved and that problems are dealt with quickly;* Preparing daily report and Reporting to management regarding project performance, issues;* Maintain construction schedules and review project performance;* Develop and maintain good relationships with project owners, site supervisors, tradespeople, architects and developers.
