 Develop project plan using agile methodology by dividing the project into milestones.  Defining project touchpoints and timeframe and material required for each to end up a successful delivered project. Assign responsibilities and do daily following up with the team members to track the progress using project management tools. Maintain documentation and reporting for the stakeholders. Arranging regular meeting with the clients, vendors, team members, stakeholders, and management to ensure deliverables are within the appropriate scope, timeline, and budget.
