Tehrun Club is an urban running club that I got to know in 2018. At that time, Tehrun Club was the first urban running club in Tehran, which held a group running program in the city on a specific pathway on Friday mornings. Because of the expansion of public endurance running in the world (for example, there are more than 500 urban running clubs in New York, but in Tehran there are less than 3 or 4 running clubs at the time of writing) and predicting a growth in this business, I entered Tehrun Club as a partner. My goal was to transform Tehrun Club from a 300-person running club to an all-service organization in the field of urban running in Tehran. All my activities during two years in Tehrun Club consisted of the following:• Designing and creating a legal structure for Tehrun Club• Development of the advertising strategy and branding, Implementation of the advertising strategy by Resaneh Lab. • Developing a strategy to launch urban running training in the form of group classes in Tehrun Club (smart running course)• Developing a strategy and designing a model to attract sponsors for Tehrun Club• Creating an organizational structure in Tehrun Club to transform it into a systematic startup.• Designing new and creative models in holding events. • Increasing the professional audience (runners) from 1,000 to 7,000 based on a report from Strava. (Currently, Tehran Strava Club is the most popular class in Iran)• Holding more than 100 endurance running training classes for the public during the first• Hiring more than 10 endurance running coaches • Work with 5 enterprise sponsors for Tehrun Club events, including Nestle, Saman Bank and Digikala• Increasing Tehrun Club’s operating income to more than 10 times in one year• Holding virtual running events for the first time in Iran• Holding the largest urban public running event with the presence of more than 1500 people in Azadi Stadium

Before the establishment of Irsa Pardaz Company, I had a deep experience in the field of setting up and maintaining computer networks based on Microsoft and Cisco, etc. In 2018, due to the expansion of the network department of Irsa Pardaz Company and acquaintance with mr Zafar Ghandi, I felt that we could use the potentials of our past experiences and the enthusiasm of the network unit specialists to launch a new subset. In 2010, as the youngest instructor of MCSE courses in Mojtama-e-Fani, Ibn Sina branch (central branch), I started teaching MCITP 2008 courses. After starting work with Mojtama-e-Fani I started teaching in other branches of the west, east and north, other courses such as MCSE 2012, CCNA and CCNP and custom courses in the field of security in institutions such as Asr-e-Shabake and Hamrah-e-Aval and Keshavarzi Bank and Hegmataneh Institute. I managed a project in redistribution of the network infrastructure in Mobin net for the internal office system used by 6000 users between five main office buildings throughout the capital. 5 month hard work in planning and research , resulted in a minimal downtime of a few hours for the network and a successful implementation of the new system in a matter of few days.
