CurrentThe CET project is composed buy 3 main delivarables; datacenter, risk management plateform and training.* Coordinating work with various functional managers for the successful implementation of facilities upgrades at the CTE, including IT, Operations, Supply, and HR Managers.* Leading the project team in carrying out activities in accordance with specifications, objectives, defined resources and schedules.* Coordinating the various services carried out as part of the project by our various partners, suppliers and subcontractors.* Monitoring and controlling project deployment, deliverables to meet standards and expectations.* Managing risks and changes to be undertake during the project.* Managing relationship and communication with stakeholders.* Performance evaluation and reviews of projects.― Cost-cutting throught negotiations with suppliers and identifying the proper vendors.― Developed a training approach to expedite the transmission of knowledge and skills
