Oil and Gas projects Management : - Manage the projects in accordance with PMP guidelines- Establish the necessary procedures and documents for project management and ensure its application and update- Ensure communication between all stakeholders (Office Team, Construction Team and Client)- Ensure risk assessments are undertaken.- Manage project planning and budgets/costs.- Identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs, maximise use of resources, etc.- Ensure all activities are in line with engineering and H&S standards.- Make site visits to check on progress.
