The Moulding FactoryAt the Moulding Factory we design and manufacture injection mould tools from your component designs and ideas. We welcome the opportunity to assist in the component concept stage. We can help develop the design for tooling, manufacture and "mouldability".With the use of Moldflow Plastics Advisor software we can fine-tune our designs, such that we can visually and statistically predict cavity fill, weld lines, and gassing. This ensures repetitive and accurate production of injection mouldings. All of this data can be color printed or emailed for our clients.We have the capacity to build every conceivable type of tool from prototype to full-blown hot runner multi-cavity tooling.
