The need for knowledgeable consultants to restructure small, local businesses arose in January 2021, and I was sought after to contract on for six to eight-week time periods, each business having indiviual needs . I re-organized over ten local small businesses, instilled culture, and increased revenue for each business I consulted by 25-40%, while choosing that staff to keep that would carry on the culture the business owner decided to instill.

Manage a six-location local area restaurant pizza & Italian sports bar with full-service restaurants. Train management staff on COGS, budgeting and forecasting for each location,, including labor forecasts. Repairing ice machines, managing plate and flatware. This position had me on the pizza line, to delivering orders, to handling all monies into and out of each location. Order management, marketing, advertising decisions, maarketing budget, mwnu costing, bar inventory. *POST_PANDEMIC* This position heavily involved building Sanitation Stations, pivoting, budget constraints, and improvosation due to shortages.
