I am currently working as a Staff Software Engineer at Teradata Corporation, San Diego, USA, and am interested in technical program/product management roles. I have completed my MBA from San Diego State University in May 2023. I have a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. I have 13+ years of hands-on working experience in system, platform, and chipset level performance characterization and technical project management. I am currently working on Cloud performance evaluation which requires a very good understanding of cloud architecture, data analytics, test processes, workload definitions, and management. I am a quick learner with a strong work ethic and am open to feedback for continuous knowledge growth. I believe in working efficiently at the same time accurately and like to lead by example. I am always eager to learn new technologies and took part in multiple Hackathons arranged by the company. Also, I keep myself up-to-date with the latest software development trends by attending various training offered by my company, and trying open-source software in my spare time for educational purposes. Throughout my career, I worked under large and diverse teams/organizations and collaborated with various cross-functional departments. As a part of my job, I interact with different program/project managers, system architects, software developers, and engineers of various organizations within the company on an almost daily basis. I like to debug and find solutions to any problem related to technology for further improvements, and like to guide others to achieve the business goal. From the very beginning of my career through the present I have been mentoring many of my colleagues/ex-colleagues starting from interns to senior-level executives. I have served the role of a team leader for multiple study groups. I was the project manager for the final consulting project under my MBA program, where I led my team to solve the latest business challenges of acquiring and successfully integrating companies for a prestigious, large, and global biotech company. I like to solve problems and share my knowledge on open forums like brown bags, Wiki, Group meetings, and company presentations. I am a member of Beta Gamma Sigma The International Business Society.
